Requirements: Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
- Two to seven years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- The successful candidate will be a well rounded, hard working professional who is detail oriented, has strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, and time sensitive environment
- Must be experienced in computer generated reporting and have an understanding of relationship between subsidiary Accounts Receivable ledger and the General Ledger
- Must be able to identify billing requirements of customers and partners (vendors) and any deficiencies
- Must have strong external and internal customer service skills with the ability to coordinate with customers, partners (vendors), and an internal team to resolve billing deficiencies
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP Systems is preferred
- Must have excellent computer skills and be highly proficient in MS Excel
