| Description: This person will be responsible for supervising 4-6 Accountants overseeing month-end close functions and financial reporting for multiple locations. This person will provide guidance, ensure timeliness of tasks being completed, and monitor job performance. Normal business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm. There is the expectation of some OT at each month's end.

Requirements: Assistant Controller Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of general accounting experience with strong supervisory skills
- An ideal candidate will have supervised more than 2-3 people
- Healthcare / Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- B.S. degree in Accounting
- Finance / Accounting includes Manager experience, Financial Statement preparation, General Ledger accounting, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting, and General Accounting
