Description: A well established Midwest based manufacturer is looking to add a Director of Finance supporting the Procurement function to its Supply Chain Finance organization. This person will report to the VP Supply Chain Finance. The Client will be looking for a candidate who will drive results, drive change, re-align the function to be a true business partner supporting Procurement. This person must be able to operate in a range from 0 to 30,000 feet, and have the ability to jump into the detail if necessary and also provide guidance from a strategic level.
This position will manage a staff of 4-5 professionals from analyst to manager level, and will be involved in:
- Strategic sourcing issues
- Hedging
- Commodity futures, options

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- A minimum 10+ years of experience is required
- An MBA is highly preferred
- A CPA and/or CMA is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Must have a minimum 3-5 years of experience as a high level finance business partner supporting Procurement in a Fortune 500 size company
- Large ERP experience such as Oracle, JDE, and/or SAP is highly preferred as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate people
