Description: This person will provide key strategic, business and financial leadership to Retail Information Services (RIS) FP&A Team; act as business partner to senior leadership in the Group; and drive continuous control improvements and identify and leverage best practices across the business. This person will develop and retain key talent in the FP&A organization consisting of 1 FP&A Manager, 2 financial/reporting analysts, and 1 accounting clerk. This person will act as a change agent within FP&A encouraging an environment consistent with Accountability, Collaboration and Trust while fostering team work and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and consolidate Annual Operating Plan for RIS Group, including drafting the presentation and completing the necessary analysis, templates, and reports
- Recommend performance targets for AOP, and ensure that plans are in place to deliver on agreed targets
- Proactively identify performance to target issues and provide options on how to mitigate
- Oversee preparation of all required Corporate and RIS monthly, quarterly and annual schedules and ensure timely preparation and submission
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects
- Drive Process improvements through identifying and leveraging best practices across the organization. Establish clear measurement system for evaluating process improvement opportunities
- Maintain a leadership role in a variety of business initiatives supporting key growth or productivity
- Constantly look for areas of opportunity and act as business partner to VP Finance, RI
Key reports include:
- Detailed quarterly forecasts for RIS Group
- Mid-quarter/monthly summary forecasts for RIS Group
- Month-end VP/GM report
- Quarterly headcount forecasts for RIS Group

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- Local Only (not relocation offered)
- 10-15 years of experience (fine with less if they are hugely driven and have demonstrated achievements)
- Foreign exchange and M and A past experience
- Commercial side of business experience (responsible for all things related to sales activities in bus. like analytical numbers for customers and vendors and credit and collections, rebates, concessions, etc.)
- P/L, Cash flow of 1.3 B top line business
- Strong situational leadership
- Global experience/mentality
- Analytical by nature
- Strong communication and presence
- Team vs. self
