Description: Responsibilities for this role include performing the following duties:
- Assist with group formations/mergers, practice expansions, joint ventures, and other strategic efforts
- Provide business advice on hospital and facility contracts, physician contractual arrangements, joint venture arrangements, and other client business opportunities and arrangements
- Provide advice on practice governance, physician compensation, benefit design, etc.
- Act as a liaison between client and legal counsel, CPA, pension administrator, and other outside consultants

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration. A CPA and/or MBA/MHA are required with a minimum 5 years of experience.
Requirements also include, but are not limited to:
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills for financial and conceptual analysis with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions regarding abstract and concrete issues
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consolidate technical information, financial reports, and legal documents and present findings to clients
- Management or supervisory experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and clients
- Big 4 Firm experience is preferred
