| Description: A growing company in Miami is looking for a strong Director of Finance. This person directs and develops monthly management reporting packages and analysis and communicates financial results to senior management of the company and the Board of Directors meetings. This person directs the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting as well as the variation reporting to identify areas requiring attention and areas of possible improvement. The Director will direct the development and maintenance of key operating metrics and direct the preparation of major portions of annual plan, sales forecast, and manufacturing build plan.

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in Latin American markets
- BS/BA Degree is required; an MBA is preferred
- A CPA will be a plus
- Spanish is also a plus
