| Description: Our Saint Paul client seeks a highly motivated Senior Accountant / Compensation Analyst with recent experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with the General Ledger, month-end close functions, commission / bonus calculations, sales / financial reporting, business analysis, and SOX compliance. This position is part of the Financial Reporting Team and will involve various special projects on a routine basis.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required along with advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access. Some form of ERP software exposure is required and any experience with JD Edwards, Prism, or Hyperion would be highly preferred. The selected candidate must bring a mix of industry and public accounting experience (ideal). A CPA or CMA is a plus.
Specific Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of accounting experience
- ERP software experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven technical skills with MS Excel and MS Access
- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience
