Description: The Engineer will be responsible for analyzing Client technology. This position will make use of various tools in order to detect and report on quality issues proactively and make improvements to models. This position will also work closely with R&D and operations in development and implementation of new speech recognition models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform error analysis of production data
- Develop and improve analysis tools
- Investigate quality issues reported by customers
- Build, test, and deploy new speech recognition models
- Building new models from customer legacy data

Requirements: Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other technical related field
- Linux or Unix experience
- Python, shell, or similar scripting knowledge
- Java/C++ programming experience
