Description: The incumbent will be a part of the IT Services organization responsible for onsite Executive Office support. In this role, the incumbent will interact with the Executive Office and Senior Management to provide support for PC hardware and software, back office applications, workgroup solutions such as email, instant messaging, SharePoint, and any mobility solutions utilized by the Executive staff. In addition, the incumbent will also contribute to the design and development activities associated in releasing new PC solution offering for internal use, as well as any project related work as required. The incumbent will liaison across various application and infrastructure functional areas within the IT organization to gain the necessary solution knowledge in order to provide effective support of PC solutions to meet or exceed service level agreements. The incumbent will be required to quickly gain expertise in any new technologies or applications deployed to provide effective support. The Executive Office Support job role is one that is high-demanding, high-visibility and requires the individual to be flexible with their schedule as you are on-call during normal business hours, and at times, are required to work after hours, or on weekends.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 on-site support to EO resources located in Duluth, GA
- The ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new challenges quickly is critical
- Excellent PC hardware and software knowledge include workgroup solutions such as email and back end office applications
- Flexible work schedule, as evening or weekend work may be required
- Provide responsive and effective root cause resolutions and workarounds to support and resolve PC and mobility related issues
- Perform PC set-ups, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Provide support for mobility solutions; and when necessary home office environments

Requirements: Basic Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related PC / infrastructure support experience
- Proficient in PC hardware and software technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft client Operating Systems, Office, Outlook, and Mobile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Must be a self-starter that is highly motivated to learn and master new technical tools and environments
- A Bachelor's Degree in a computer or related technical disciplines

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
