Description: Kforce has partnered with a mid-sized, Cincinnati based company in looking for a high energy Software Engineer to join a talented technology team. The software engineer will be responsible for the continued automation of document generation with Microsoft Word and C#, as well as ongoing maintenance, bug fixing and reporting on core systems. Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop new document mappers with C# and Microsoft Word, which allow business data to be merged into Word templates
- Support and maintain existing document mappings by fixing bugs and adding document rules
- Work with users in Information Technology and other departments to gather requirements for document templates and mapping rules
- Fix bugs and write reports on existing core systems

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- A good understanding of programming fundamentals, knowledge of C# is a plus
- Knowledge of database design fundamentals and the ability to write SQL
- Some understanding of object-oriented development is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, templates, and merge technology is a big plus
- An attention to detail and a passion for solving business problems with technology
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 1 -2 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Programmer
