| Description: This IT role partners with the Services organization to architect world class, end-to-end business and IT solutions spanning functional areas such as incident creation, entitlement, remote support, incident management, field operations, parts logistics and financials. This organization works closely with other business and IT Services organizations to perform global systems integration with Oracle ERP systems, other Service related systems, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
The Service Delivery environment will be a single global instance of Oracle Services Release 12. The application footprint includes the following Oracle CRM modules: Tele-service, Field Service, i-Support, Advanced Scheduler, Mobile Field Service, Spares management, Depot Repair, Advanced Inbound Telephony, E-mail Center, and existing Service Logistics modules (Oracle Order management, Inventory, Bill of Material, Work in Process, Purchasing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets).
This position provides a key link between business users and IT developers in the development of a large, global Oracle Services system. The successful candidate will have experience in working with business users to understand their business functions, and what system changes will provide additional value. They will then translate these requirements into Use Cases / Requirements / Agile Stories and work with IT developers to create these system changes and see them through testing and deployment.

Requirements: Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Work with business users to understand requirements for a global Oracle e-business Suite implementation
- Translate requirements into functional designs in the form of Use Cases / Agile Stories
- Work with the development team in India to refine the designs, assist with developing test cases, and ensure requirements are fully tested
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- 3 years of experience with the Oracle ebusiness Suite
- 3 years of experience with SQL
- Strong relational database skills
- Strong analytic skills; translating user requirements to functional designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with Agile programming methods
- Experience working within a multi-national distributed development team
