Title:  Oracle Financials Business Analyst
Location:  Pittsburgh, PA

Compensation:  $35.00 to $35.00 per Hour

Description:  Kforce is seeking an Oracle Financial Business Analyst to act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Financials based business analysis for critical business initiatives as well as provide on going production support for our client. Major Duties:
  • Be a Customer Relationship Manager to Corporate Accounting by facilitating customer meetings when needed
  • Maintain and publish a CRM request list for assigned relationships
  • Establish fixed frequency meetings to discuss the request list
  • Determine business objectives and document project scope
  • Develop and publish requirements specifications
  • Develop and manage schedules for small project initiatives
  • Determine and prepare estimates
  • Provide data / reports to assist business in decision making
  • Evaluate business needs and recommend best fit solutions such as purchasing third-party software, integrating multiple software applications, or repairing current applications
  • Provide general consulting and support to system customers and handle requests for system enhancements
Requirements:  Oracle Financials Business Analyst Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of business systems analysis experience (required)
  • Business analysis and Quality Control methodologies experience, particularly with Oracle Financials (required)
  • Experience on at least one significant team-oriented systems project is also required
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, documentation, requirements communication, solution assessment, and validation
Preferences:
  • Proficient with quality control and quality assurance testing techniques
  • Proficient with relational database concepts, data modeling, and database query tools
  • Experience in corporate accounting support functions
  • Upgrade and/or implementation experience of purchased applications (Oracle Financials, Oracle Incentive Compensation, etc.)
