| Description: The leading Wireless provider is looking for a consultant with an expert background in Wireless PDA, Blackberry and other handheld technologies for a Testing role. This position is responsible for any/all activities involved in the testing and/or deployment of infrastructure components. The scope will include working directly with vendors and client applications on gathering and refining technical requirements and designs in order to develop and execute test cases in the certification of the infrastructure components. This role will often entail leadership of a project or sub-project. The incumbent is expected to know and understand strategic directions of infrastructure as well as a myriad of platforms and must be able to quickly learn and become proficient at new technologies. Activities for this position include infrastructure component research, analysis, development of test plans, documentation, testing, implementation, creation/coordination of release instructions. This person must have a Green Card or be a US Citizen.

Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a structured testing environment is required. An emphasis on systems integration and acceptance test is highly desired. Candidates must have the ability to work with multiple communication protocols. Experience with Test Director and the following protocols is a plus (Parlay, HTTP, SMPP, or MM7).
