| Description: A well established Midwest-based automotive manufacturer with plant operations located in Spartanburg, South Carolina is looking for a Plant Controller.
This position will report to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Group Controller and be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting for the plant.

Requirements: Plant Controller Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of manufacturing accounting experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Plant Controller
- Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
- Must have previous Plant Controller experience; as this is not a training position
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- An MBA and/or CPA (a plus)
- Large ERP System experience such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE is also a plus
The selected candidate must also be a business partner with strong problem solving skills and the ability to make an impact.
