Description: Be a key member of multi-discipline project design teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Project planning, budgeting, scheduling; and developing computations, drawings, and specifications for concept through final design
- Technical report writing
- Provide service directly to internal and external clients
|
Requirements: Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design for industrial commercial, institutional, and governmental projects of varying size and complexity
- Excellent analytical and design skills
- Proficiency in using / interpreting applicable building and fire codes (required)
- Design experience in power and lighting systems
- Building low voltage systems (required)
- PE (required)
- LEED AP (preferred)
Other Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead electrical aspects of design projects with minimal guidance
- Good team orientation (required)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation (required)
- Experience with BIM (a strong plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)
