Description: Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead interaction with the user department and end user groups to understand Business needs and assist in developing system solutions to meet these needs
- Serve as a functional 'project lead' on department specific initiatives
- Work across organizational boundaries and across Business cycles to document and develop functional specifications and provide and coordinate support for the design, testing, and maintenance
- Translate concepts into written requirements documents
- Document, analyze, and propose new processes that increase scalability, efficiency, data accuracy, and automation which match user requirements and adhere to the process reengineering framework
- Ensure process solutions support evolving Business strategies
- Evaluate test results with change requestors
- Design testing plan and manage the testing plan execution
- Liaise with IT Delivery Teams to ensure Business requirements are clear and complete
- Work with IT to ensure effective implementation of automated solutions (through Business-side testing, training, and maintenance)
- Develop and deliver training to application users on an on-going basis

Requirements: Senior Business Analyst - Student Support Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent experience is required
- MBA or and MIS is preferred
- Five to ten years of solid experience in a similar role analyzing Business needs
- Experience with CampusVue or other Student Information Systems
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus
