Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
- Regulatory filing experience with Secretary of State Offices
- Regulatory filing experience with State Departments of Insurance
- Experience with Managed Care Plans
- Experience with Medicare Contracts
- Experience with Provider Contracts
- Strong legal research and analytical skills in: Insurance, Health, DEA, and FDA
- Experience with risk tolerance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business or insurance and/or 10+ years of insurance and managed care legislative compliance work, and product filing experience equivalent
- HIPAA privacy compliance experience
- Experience in analyzing and drafting corporate contract language
- Experience with regulators in complaint resolution and market conduct
- Ability to independently prioritize and address multiple tasks, risks, and deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills and effective organizational skills
- Computer skills in: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, InSource, West Law, etc.
- America's Health Insurance Plan (AHIP) designations in: Long Term Care, HIPAA, Managed Care, Anti-Fraud, etc.
- Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP)
- Society of Group Compliance Analysts (SOGCA)
