Description: Responsibilities:
- Work with users to gather specifications for data and report requirements
- Effectively translate end user reporting requirements into technical design documents
- Create, Maintain, Optimize and support new and existing complex reports
- Conduct report testing and validation
- Systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions
- Able to meet or exceed project deadlines
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Works as an independent contributor and team player

Requirements: Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
- 7+ years of experience with advanced analytics, defining reporting requirements, programming, and business reporting
- Experience with reporting engines such as Crystal Reports or Cognos
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Dedication to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to gather and analyze report requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Ability to read data models and understand database table relationships
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Hyperion Essbase and Lawson, preferred
- Knowledge of MS SQL and VBA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
