Description: The Implementation Specialist collaborates with the Implementation Consultants to provide high quality implementations for our clients for the company's COBRA, FSA, and Commuter products. He/She utilities existing software tools and may develop automation tools in order to streamline and improve the workflow and quality of data that is used in implementations.
The Implementation Specialist's main tasks are to:
- Assist in development of new software tools to achieve quarterly initiatives
- Develop and refine the generation of reports to track trends/performance per Implementation criteria (SQL query knowledge is greatly preferred)
- Collaborate with Operations groups; serving as liaison between Implementers and Operations
- Propose and drive process improvements
- Participate in new release development and testing efforts with internal business units
- Collaborate with company counterparts in India to provide seamless 24-hour service
- Lead the implementation and training of new methods, tools, or processes
- Develop SME (Subject Matter Expert) knowledge for COBRA, FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts), OCB (Online Commuter Benefits) and H/W (Health and Welfare)
- Assist with client transitions from Implementation to Client Service

Requirements: As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree; preferred: a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, MIS (Management Information Systems), or Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience in a problem solving role
- At least 2 years of experience with various software systems (ADP COBRA/FSA systems preferred), databases (SQL knowledge preferred)
- 1+ year of PHP or JavaScript scripting experience is preferred
- 2+ year of RDBS experience is preferred (with SQL experience)
- 1+ years of automation experience is preferred
- High aptitude for understanding new software programs
- Some scripting and/or programming skills (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Capable to transfer knowledge to various audiences
- Good troubleshooting skills
- A drive to propose innovative process improvements
