Description: As Sr. Financial Analyst, this person serves as a partner in the planning and forecasting process with the Division finance and Corporate CFO.
Primary Duties:
- Performs Division level Financial reporting and analysis
- Performs consolidation and analysis for developing monthly forecasts and reporting all Financial metrics for the business
- Specific analysis includes variance analysis, labor utilization, backlog, contract mix, sales, profit, and cash
- Assists in the development of the five-year strategic and annual operating plans and related analysis, and coordinates the accumulation and presentation of non-Financial data
- Supports the monthly closing process and provides variance analysis
- Prepares for monthly operating reviews, Financial overviews, and other reporting activities as required
- Works closely with program finance to capture program forecasts and resolve discrepancies. Expected to present complex Financial information in formal reviews and meetings
- Assists with the establishment of departmental budgets and expense/rate forecasts
- Maintains integrated revenue/expense projections, reports, and presentations

Requirements: Specific Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Finance or Accounting plus a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Project-based experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with forward looking controls
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Skill in utilizing MS Office Applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with an emphasis on advanced Excel features
