Description: Our client is seeking a FP/A Manager.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Directs preparation of budgets, monthly financial forecasts, and business plans for the call centers
- Responsible for monthly financial reporting, key metrics, and variance analysis
- Work with call centers to develop standard set of service performance metrics and analyzes trends
- Provide analytical support on a variety of activities including outsourcing relationships, and staffing levels and other new initiatives
- Investigate, analyze and present recommendations regarding various projects and processes
- Assist call center teams in developing best set of practices and procedures
- Conduct ROI analysis on all capital investment opportunities
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to understand business performance

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related area
- CPA or MBA is a plus
- 5+ years or more of financial analysis experience
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Call center or other operational experience is preferred
- financial modeling skills, as well as strong analytical skills applied to business and financial data
- A team player who is highly organized and achievement oriented with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop, and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience using PowerPoint and a strong background in Excel
