Description: This person will oversee and supervise staff involved in State and Federal reimbursement programs. This person will develop of the annual operating and capital budgets, activity-based costing, and all other financial analyses of programs and services; translate requests for information into data requests and reports derived from information systems and decision-support tools; and interpret data and reports to departmental management and senior management of the organization. This person will train and develop staff in skills required within their job scope; review, analyze, and recommend reserves required to properly state collect ability of accounts receivable.
Associated Job Functions:
- Maintain working relationships with departmental management and senior management
- Identify and implement plans to develop staff to reach fall competency in their roles
- Identify and recommend solutions to address data integrity issues
- Participate in problem solving around the use of data to aid in decision-making pertaining to current operational and strategic issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
