Description: Working within our client's practice with a focus on healthcare clientele, you will be responsible for supervising and running audit engagements and managing staff.
Specific Functions:
- Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters with an eye on quality, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Monitor and report regarding the productivity of staff and adhere to work plan schedules on each assignment
- Supervise the engagement team as needed
- Recognize and inform senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients
- Keep abreast of latest developments as they affect GAAP and the Firm's standards and policies
- Ensure professional development through ongoing education and obtain additional certifications as appropriate
- Develop an understanding of the client's business and become a 'functional expert' in the area

Requirements: Position Requirements:
- Minimum three years of recent experience working in a public accounting environment
- Solid understanding of audit and attest services
- Client base and experience in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated progress toward obtaining CPA Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field
