Description: Kforce is currently interviewing candidates in the Columbus, OH area for a large client. Our client is seeking a Sr. Consultant for its Business Process team. This client will be seeking individuals with 5+ years of experience leading and implementing process change initiatives across multiple lines of Business. This person acts independently or as a member of a team providing Business process management competency; and participates in major process modeling, analysis, and design efforts. This person will be responsible for providing Business performance management, organizational design, and Business risk management capabilities to formulate pragmatic, forward facing, and actionable Business transformation plans. This person will also be responsible for establishing a common understanding of the Business environment in which a project (or solution) must be defined, designed, created deployed, used and supported. This requires in-depth understanding of Business processes, systems, organizational structure, and industry requirements.
This is not a technical IT position; this individual will be working strictly on the Business side with strong experience in the following areas.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Extensive knowledge of process improvement methodologies and demonstrated experience using methodologies to drive tangible operational improvements and improved customer experience
- Consults with senior management, subject matter experts, personal knowledge base and industry best practices in the development of Future State processes that drive a consistent Customer Experience across the Enterprise
- Develops clear pictures of Current State processes and gaps to achieve future state. Utilizes multiple techniques to develop processes including facilitating meetings with Business partners, interviews and research
- Drives development, communication and adoption of best practices and plans for achieving them with internal Business

| Requirements: Qualified candidates will have at least 8 years of experience planning, designing and implementing business transformation initiatives. Experience in functional, process, info and data modeling, data management and Datawarehouse and application integration is required. Experience with process re-design methods is necessary. 3 years of project management is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required. A MBA, Lean and Six Sigma is a strong plus.
