| Description: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the accounting department in multiple missions including coordinate quarterly valuation of investments under FAS 157. You will assist with closings (acquisitions and dispositions) and manage legal, accounting, and tax structure of both international and domestic transactions. Duties also include monitor potential changes in portfolio investments; oversee maintenance of the Limited Partner database and communications with the Limited Partners; and assist with capital calls and distributions and respond to queries, including transfers of interests. This position can lead a successful individual to a full Controllership position.

Requirements: As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements:
- Six or more years of financial/accounting with private equity or investment firm
- Experience with the valuation of investments under FAS 157
- CPA and MBA is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of partnership accounting
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
