Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The main contribution of this position includes the financial analysis and business decision support of various Asset Management functional groups
- Support the annual planning cycle inclusive of the 5 year plan, annual operating plan, budget, quarterly and ad hoc forecasts
- Enhance and/or create various models that support the Asset Management business units; revenue, expenses and headcount
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for various business reviews tied to scorecards, key initiatives, and business drivers (e.g., assets, flows, competitive/market share, revenue, expense, income, margin)
- Liaise with key financial customers and business partners
- Lead/Support various process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Complete ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements: Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting combined with a minimum of 5-8+ years full time work experience preferably in a Sr. Financial Analyst (or equivalent) role; experience in financial services is highly desired; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus, but not mandatory
- Very strong analytical capabilities (i.e., intellectual curiosity) and understanding of financial concepts, methodologies, and processes
- Strong experience with various software applications (Excel and EssBase)
