| Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting. You will deal with complex accounting issues ranging from financial reporting, revenue recognition projects, accounting for technical accounting activities, budgeting and forecasting projects, occasional 404 work, analyzing financial information, identifying key issues, financial leadership and being a part of senior management. This is a high performance environment with a long history of hiring the best and brightest individuals from Big 4 (and often advises the Big 4 team). This role is has proven to be a significant career step forward from a big 4 environment.

Requirements: Senior Corporate Accounting Qualifications:
- 9 to 15 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting or industry accounting and public accounting
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to assimilate easily into various teams
- Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Self-motivated, ethical, and dependable
