Description: Kforce is seeking a Data Administrator / Database Analyast for a Lansing client to work on a variety of Database oriented projects focused on maintaining and improving Data Quality.
Functions Include:
- Develop processes / systems to ensure the integrity of ongoing Data collection and delivery
- Collaborate with vendors on special projects realted to Database support
- Work closely with DBAs and Developers realted to logical / physical Data modeling, Data model design, and assisting with various ETL projects
- Participate in Master Data Management strategy decisions and implementations
- Work also work closely with business units related to Data requirements (Data Element) definition

Requirements: Data Administrator / Data Analyst Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of Information Technology experience
- 3-5 years of current Data Analyst, Database Modeling, and Database Support experience
- Ability to lead project teams and to mentor junior team members
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associate's Degree at a minimum is required and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience with Trillium Data quality tools is preferred
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
