Description: Kforce is currently interviewing Business to Business Collections Specialists for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities throughout Los Angeles.
Representative Duties:
- Reviewing aged trial balances
- Collecting past due balances
- Following up using system notes
- Resolving issues that arise causing delay in payment
- Initiating credits, debits and adjustments when necessary

Requirements: Requirements for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of Business to Business collections experience
- Experience in collecting high dollar accounts and ability to handle a high volume of accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
