Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant with 3 to 5 years of income tax preparation experience with S-Corp, C-Corp, and partnership returns for the 2010 tax season (January to April 2010).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual income tax returns - Federal 1040s
- Prepare partnership tax returns
- Prepare corporate and partnership income tax returns
- Familiarity working with corporate clients' trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements

Requirements: Tax Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA (a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with income tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Experience working with client trial balances and financial statements
- Knowledge of tax software application(s) is required
