| Description: Kforce is seeking a Telephony Engineer for a Tampa client. This person will be involved in engineering and designing call center solutions on the nice call recording, Aspect WFM, Avaya auto dialer, OnQ, and CallTech platforms. This person will coordinate with the appropriate cross impacted units and 3rd party suppliers to design and implement infrastructure solutions to support Contact Center projects; and assist Project Managers in the end-to-end process for destination moves and hardware / software builds and upgrades.
