Description: We have an immediate opening for a SEC Reporting Analyst in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for SEC filing including the 10-K, 10-Q, and earning releases as well as financial statement schedules and disclosures
- Prepare various supporting schedules, reconciliations, and analysis for SEC filings
- Assist in the FAS 123R stock-based compensation and earnings per share calculation
- Contract review
- Perform technical accounting research
- Prepare technical memos documenting conclusions on accounting issues
- Audit support and SOX compliance
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: SEC Reporting Analyst Qualifications:
- CPA with public accounting experience from a large international firm
- 3-5 years of recent, related experience; preferably with a large company if not directly from a public accounting firm
- Expert knowledge of Excel and Word
- Very analytical mindset
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
