Description: Our client's Customer Experience (CE) team within their Corporate Internet Group (CIG) is looking for an experienced Mobile Applications Business Analyst, knowledgeable in mobile web experiences, financial content, and transactional design.
The CE team is a highly qualified design and production group servicing company lines of Business in the web and mobile channels. They create award-winning, highly usable, and innovative web and mobile experiences.
Specific functions of this role include:
- Perform and coordinate the analysis and design of mobile banking applications
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the mobile banking user group from the Business and design perspective
- Work closely with line of Business representatives and with other system groups to capture Business requirements and see them through implementation
- Develop and execute design acceptance testing
- Act as a liaison between the Business user groups and the technical systems groups
- Validate Business requirements and be primarily responsible for documenting the functional specifications of the mobile experiences, with a focus on Business and functional logic, as well as understanding and documenting variations in experiences that can occur with users with varied product mixes
- Follow the mobile application from requirements, through design and documentation, as well as defect resolution, all the way to implementation

Requirements: This position requires someone who is a natural leader and advisor. You will be a -face- of the team as you meet with internal clients and technology partners. You need to be consultative while multi-tasking through numerous stages of multiple projects. You must be able to deliver solutions and value on a regular basis, while balancing you and your team's workload providing efficient and smart solutions that bring the lines of business back for more. Strong communication skills are required as well as the ability to multi-task and drive and advise towards decisions. Strong experience with Design and Project Management applications is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience analyzing and documenting Mobile Web products, including SMS, WML, HTTP over mobile, BlackBerry, and iPhone
- Experience with the mobile, internet and/or Internet-related projects
- Excellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple projects, facilitates meetings across business lines and vendors, and meets both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines
- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of banking software, project Management tools and flowcharting; HTML skills are preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills are essential; works under minimum direction and uses independent judgment in decision-making
- Work well in a geographically dispersed team environment and manage in an active, changing environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to persuade and influence is key; you must have ability to be tactful yet assertive
