Description: Our client is seeking a Treasury and Securities Accountant for a 2 month contract position. This person examines, analyzes and interprets accounting records to prepare statements and/or advise management. Candidates must have the ability to mentor junior members of team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily proofs, General Ledger, and other controls are completed accurately and timely
- Prepare and execute market claim documentation, Payment of Principal / Income timely and accurately
- Accurately follow all internal processing controls and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements
