Description:  A Functional Analyst is needed to analyze and document requirements as well as lead small to medium projects for our client. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage small application projects and assist with large technical projects, including, but not limited to: providing direction and coordinating, developing, and executing results
  • Serve as the Functional Lead on a single module of an ERP application and utilize a basic understanding of overall functionality of others
  • Facilitate the development and standardization of the business analysis process
  • Mentor other team members in the development of their skills
  • Analyze, identify, gather, and document requested proposed (system or procedural) user modifications via standard requirements document, flow charting, and demonstration systems
  • Identify problem areas and offer ways for improvement
  • Coordinate and consult on departmental projects working with development and training teams
  • Develop user acceptance and quality assurance test cases
  • Collect and report progress reports to management
Requirements:  The following specific skills would be ideal:
  • CRM, ERP (PeopleSoft preferred), SharePoint, InfoPath, Health, and a Government background would be perfect
