| Description: Investment Specialists are responsible for executing and confirming securities transactions initiated by retail clients and providing assistance to clients on request. Investment Specialists primarily support the company's self-directed customers with service requests, new account inquiries, asset consolidation, trades and brokerage consumer portal inquiries. They may also partner with Financial Advisors to support full-service customers with service requests and trades. Investment Specialists may provide limited research and counseling services on some products but do not develop client relationships.

| Requirements: The candidate must currently hold an active Series 7 license to be considered. A Series 63 or Series 66 is preferred but not required; the incumbent will be required to obtain the Series 63 upon hire. Bilingual, Spanish speaking is a plus and call center experience is a plus.
