Description:  Under general guidance, the Compensation Manager provides recommendations as well as financial and business analysis for all levels and aspects of firm-wide activities, projects, and planning as they pertain to compensation. The role develops and designs Kforce compensation plans and execute as appropriate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the VP Compensation in all matters of Compensation
  • Provide counsel, guidance, and interpretation of compensation plans to Field Management
  • Oversee the design, implementation, deployment and use of the Kforce Incentive Compensation Management System
  • Partner with Corporate Finance toward optimization of productivity and profitability
  • Oversee the generation of Sales Performance Metrics and Reporting for the Firm in relation to effectiveness of compensation plans and plan development and design
  • Collaborate with Kforce Internal Audit regarding feedback on compensation plans and audit of commissionable transactions
  • Partner with the Corporate Training Staff to create, maintain, and conduct recurring Sales and Sales Management Compensation Training
  • Serve as a non-voting member of the Firm's Compensation Committee
  • Assist in the compensation aspects of company acquisitions and divestitures
  • Direct the appropriate resources that are assigned to the individual activities and/or projects
  • Assist Corporate Accounting with compensation related entries and analysis
Requirements:  The candidate qualified for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in business management or other business related degree, and will have 5-7 years of strategic and operational incentive compensation management experience. Knowledge of state and federal pay laws is required. Knowledge of commission and incentive awards plan experience with PL/SQL is required. A MBA is preferred, as is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Travel is required, up to 5%. Key Success Indicators/Attributes:
