| Description: A large Bank in LA is looking for a Professional HR Analyst to manage projects including system implementations, system design, report writing, data mining, and data clean up, ADP Payroll, HR and timekeeping systems, and directing HR and bi-weekly payroll, HRIS and Payroll system upload. This person will ensure HRIS upgrades are maintained, manage and maintain employee database in PCPW. This person will process/audit payroll timesheets via EZ Labor system, be involved in the quarterly state/government required reports related to payroll. This person will be involved in Benefits Admin, 401K, 125 Cafeteria Plan, Transit Checks, and open enrollment. This person will create and maintain all HR reporting, turnover analysis, FTE reports, cost per hire reports, headcount reports, job competency matrix, and adhoc reporting. This person will assist with analyzing compensation structure and develop competitive compensation procedure, compensation analysis.

Requirements: Candidates must have a strong background in Compensation. Excellent analytical skills, stability and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR/Compensation is required. Prior experience in banking industry or financial industry is preferred. A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field is also preferred.
