Description:  A stable growing company in Tucson, AZ seeks a self-starting individual to manage a large (multi-million dollar/year) and wide ranging SIGINT program. We are looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Tucson, AZ area. Once again, the position is in Tucson, AZ. The scope of this program ranges from the development of prototypes to the sustainment and evolution of operational systems, spanning signal processing infrastructure (e.g., X-Midas and NeXtMidas), core signal processing algorithms, and geolocation components. This program includes system support through all phases of the life cycle from concept through final delivery, using an iterative design methodology to maximize productivity. Solutions are implemented on platforms including Linux PCs and embedded processors. The position responsibilities include serving as the main customer interface, initiating new efforts within the program, leading program personnel, managing costs and schedules, and managing 10+ subcontracts.

  • BS in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, Applied Math, or other relevant technical discipline
  • Working knowledge of software languages, DSP and geolocation principles
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the SIGINT domain (operations or programs)
  • Relocation to sunny Tucson, Arizona
Preferred:
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, Applied Math, or other relevant technical discipline
  • 3+ years of program management experience in the SIGINT domain
  • PMP Certification
