| Description: If you had a clinical background or healthcare operations background with a particular expertise in Business Intelligence, we have an opportunity for you! This is a brand new Healthcare Project Manager role to support and drive a new view and strategy of Business Intelligence inside the entire organization. This is NOT a technical IT type Business Intelligence role. This person would have experience working with clinicians and physicians to create ways for them to look at data in different ways. This is a role to create ways to use data, analytics and statistical analysis as a way of thinking throughout the organization as an enterprise. This Project Manger will be leading conversations and investigations with the clinical leaders, community physicians, department administrators, Vice Presidents, and other leadership bodies throughout the organization. Facilitating and developing a Business Intelligence strategy, starting with what data sources are needed, what are the service priorities, and desired clinical outcomes. It's estimated 70% of the leadership will be from healthcare operations and 30% will be from the IT organization. There is an executive BI Steering Committee with one co-chair from Finance, one from Operations, and one from IT that this Project Manager will be partnering with and engaging. Currently, there are many disparate sources of data throughout our entire organization and the overall goal is to develop a -single source of truth- that anyone in the enterprise organization can have access to for all the data/information they want. There is a pilot BI product "Reports Central" that provides dashboards and reports/data views currently, although changing the name to -Information Central- and developing a long term strategy is what's next in the way of BI stragtegy.

| Requirements: 15+ years in a Healthcare (Provider) Operations or Clinical Department background is required. Extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence strategy from the Clinical and/or Operations perspective is required. Candidates must have Project Management expertise to bring project planning and project implementation to this new BI strategy.
