Description: Our client, a well positioned and established pharmaceutical Company, is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Analyst to join their high-level team reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations. This is a critical hire for the team and organization, and will represent the final technical analyst to complete a strong and tenured team. This individual most possess a strong analytic, systems, and pharmaceutical background. The hiring manager is looking for an "A" player with strong communication skills and a strong worth ethic.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
- (IC) Incentive Compensation Plan calculations and written materials
- Developing monthly and quarterly reports for the sales team
- Responding to field sales questions regarding territory alignments and sales data
- Performing complex data manipulation to create ad-hoc reports for upper management

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- A Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting
- Advanced degree is preferred (Masters or MBA)
- Experience in the Bio-tech or Pharma experience is required
- Strong sytems experience (Excel, MS Access, SQL, or other applications)
- Stong analytical and communication skills
