Description: Our client is seeking a Senior IT Auditor.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Audit Manager in performing enterprise-wide risk assessments and preparation of the annual IT Audit plan
- Assist the IT Audit Manager in planning, organizing, conducting and reporting on complex IT technical Audits for IT infrastructure, applications, operations, processes and computer facilities
- Perform technical Audits of SAP application, Oracle database management, Windows and Unix
- Assist the Vice President, Internal Audit in coordinating and performing business process and IT Audits
- Appraise the soundness, adequacy and application of data processing and administrative controls, and ensure compliance with local and corporate policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations
- Design and develop IT Audit programs and ensure that Audits are performed in accordance with professional Audit standards
- Prepare internal Audit reports identifying opportunities for improvements and make recommendations to operational management
- Assist in performing follow-up reviews to verify that necessary corrective actions have been implemented to correct previously identified business control weaknesses
- Maintain corporate Audit independence and objectivity in all assignments while developing and maintaining effective and value-added business partnerships
- Perform special projects as assigned by Internal Audit management
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestic and international) on a regular basis in order to successfully fulfill the requirements of the role (approximately 20%-25%)
- Keep abreast of new IT Auditing techniques and technologies

Requirements: IT Audit experience is required. Any additional relevant experience or education would assist the candidate in the selection process.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably with an emphasis in Information Technology or Information Systems
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification
- MBA is a plus
Experience:
- Candidates must possess 3 or more years of progressive IT Audit experience
