| Description: A large and Profitable Bay Area Retailer is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a retail team that is in growth and development model! The primary responsibilities for this position will be to manage the Accounting Operations for the company and to help implement new processes and procedures for the accounting team. The ideal candidate will be willing to work with the Controller to implement the team's strategic vision.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will also have:
- CPA and public accounting experience is required; Big 4 is preferred but not required
- Experience working in a retail or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Previous experience managing a GL accounting team
