Description: A San Francisco Bank is looking for a Sr. Treasury Financial Analyst to initially cover for a maternity leave. This position will be temporary for four to six months and will then be considered for full time hire. Due to growth, a position is being created that this candidate will have the opportunity to move into.
We are looking for a senior-level Financial consultant to provide business intelligence, customer and product profitability analysis to the senior management team. This individual will partner with Sales, Product Development and MIS in assessing the current state of the Treasury Management business and providing strong partnership in helping to identify and track emerging customer and product revenue trends and issues. The ideal candidate will be able to assess and prioritize business partner requests and be able to communicate and translate complex Financial concepts in general business terms across different audience levels. The successful candidate will have a passion for problem solving and identifying patterns that translate to practical recommendations for managing and growing the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Financial and business partners in analysis and tracking of various TM revenue sources
- Structure business analyses to answer a variety of business issues (i.e. customer attrition / growth, portfolio-level discounting, revenue growth across customer and product sets)
- Assist in validation and implementation of consolidated revenue reporting on our new Oracle BI management reporting platform (using historical reports and measures as a starting point)
- Prepare recurring and project-specific management reporting to various audiences, including senior management, Product and sales partners
- Participate in the tracking of TM revenue against planned goals and providing high-level analysis on key drivers of gaps to Plan and opportunities for growth

Requirements: Qualifications:
- A BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent educational background (MBA preferred)
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience (may consider less experience 3-5 years)
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and organizational -IQ-
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to communicate and message appropriately across organizational audiences
- Strong system skills with knowledge of relational database concepts and data manipulation skills
- SQL scripting skill and realational database skills are required
- Financial services and / or complex pricing experience is desired
The manager is looking for someone out of a pricing environment, handling customer portfolios and will be tracking and trending portfolios (not budgeting and planning). Candidates must have strong Analysis skills and be able to interface with Sr. Management.
