We have a terrific opportunity for a candidate with progressive experience (maybe a bit more depending upon your salary requirements) in SEC reporting and analysis. This role will support members of the Executive Team in analyzing acquisitions and integrations, and provide guidance on the potential impact of new accounting pronouncements. This may be a great opportunity for you if you enjoy technical accounting and the related analysis and have the communication skills to work effectively cross functionally. Again, a CPA and Big 4 experience (or experience at another National Firm with significant SEC clients) are required.

Requirements: Director of Technical Accounting Qualifications:
- CPA
- Five plus years of SEC reporting and analysis experience
- Big 4 Manager-level experience is required
- Other public accounting may be considered as long as it is supported with significant in-depth SEC experience
- The ideal candidate is most likely to have 8-12 years of progressive experience including at least 5 to 6 years in public accounting
- A Master's Degree, MBA, or other related advanced certificates are pluses
