Description: The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Prepare monthly financial analytics and Key Performance Indicators reporting for various customer contracts of the company that clearly identify root causes of financial performance
- Prepare monthly consolidated Financial Statements that include Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Stockholders' Equity and Statement of Cash Flow in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and processes all monthly consolidating and eliminate entries for global operations
- Completes all assigned tasks of the monthly financial close in a timely and accurate manner
- Monthly close process includes the preparation of account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure balances are properly recorded with appropriate supporting information and in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare budgets and forecasts of the domestic operations and participates in the development of strategic plans for the company
- Work to develop new processes and/or redesign existing processes to create efficiencies in processing and analyzing financial information

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or closely related field from an accredited college
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Audit firm experience is preferred
- CPA is required; an MBA is a plus
- Highly skilled with MS Excel and advanced formula functions
- Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
