| Description: The ideal candidate will be providing support and management oversight for activities in electronic information systems, system analysis, data processing, and computer programming. The Manager provides various technology teams with Enterprise Systems perspective / guidance, business knowledge, and training on software releases, application, and deliverables. This person serves as a liaison with the users, the home office, and the operations teams on resolving system problems.

Requirements: Required Skills Include:
- MUST be proficient in JD Edwards Enterprise 1 implementation, upgrade, and periodic maintenance (has led one or more major projects to deploy this solution)
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Business Management is preferred
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent Software Engineering work experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
- 3-5 years of experience in related operations
- 5-7 years of demonstrated ability to delegate project tasks and supervise staff
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Proficient in Microsoft development technologies (Visual Source Safe, ASP.NET)
- Proficient in SharePoint Services (MOSS exposure is desired)
- Proficient in system testing procedures/methodologies (exposure to automated testing tools is desired)
- Intermediate knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures surrounding Enterprise Applications (example: ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, etc.) and their related architectures
- Intermediate knowledge of software configuration / package builds and deployment techniques; required to roll-out applications to three tier architecture (DB tier, App Server tier, and Web Server)
- Thorough understanding of performance review process
- Basic understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
- Basic understanding of in-store operations/applications and their impact to data uploaded / downloaded to support ERP and Data Warehouse applications (no specific knowledge is required around DW as this is managed by a separate Application Development Group)
