Title:  Change / Release Management Analyst - EPIC

Description:  This person will be responsible for co-coordinating changes, releases, and incidents across the application environments; ensuring correct procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled, and controlled. This person will assist the team track and assign change requests and incident tickets; assess the priority and impact of all changes for accuracy; and coordinate change approvals liaising between approvers and initiators. This person will create and distribute Change Management reports and analysis and prepare changes for the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Requirements:  A Bachelor's degree in Computing, Business, or Statistics is preferred. 3-5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare are required. Experience working within an ITIL-based Change Management environment or an IT support service is required. Advanced computer skills including training in business functions and systems analysis and design are required. Good analytical, organizational, and process disciplines are required. Candidates must have an excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and troubleshooting / analytical skills as well as the ability to work well as a member of a team or independently without supervision. You must be able to possess well-developed time management skills and the ability to work rapidly without a loss of quality. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. ITIL v3 or v2 foundation is preferred. Multi-platform and networking experience or education is preferred. An understanding of the healthcare business / delivery process is desired. Experience with Service Management tools is preferred.
