| Description: A growing company in the Phoenix, AZ area is looking for a SQL Server BI Architect. We are looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area. You will play a key role in helping various companies with mapping strategic business goals to IT initiatives. This person will be architecting and developing applications on the Microsoft SQL Server. Requirements: Requirements Include:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years of architecting and developing applications on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008 database platform
- Must have proven requirements gathering expertise
Must have recent hands on experience in the following areas:
- End-to-end SDLC experience: analysis and scoping, design, development, QA, and deployment
- T-SQL development experience, including query tuning and debugging
- MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- MS SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
- MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Relational and data Warehousing design and development
- Logical and Physical data modeling
- Must have the ability to manage multiple challenging projects simultaneously
Pluses:
- Microsoft BI or SQL Server Certification
- SQL Server database Administration skills
- PerformancePoint Server 2007 Monitoring and Analytics
- SharePoint 2007 BI
- Experience implementing Master data Management and Predictive Analytics solutions
