Requirements: Business Systems Analyst Qualifications:
- Eight plus years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Must have related experience in the financial services / money market industry
- Strong business analysis and data skills in customized requirements gathering
- Recent experience in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC / DR) planning and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to define and document business applications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a delivery based orientation
- Ability to maintain and manage several projects while managing expectations
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience with project life cycle methodologies and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision
- Ability to present ideas and information in group settings
- Flexibility and adaptability
